  • All cleaning providers complete a structured onboarding process outlining short-term rental expectations, guest-facing details, and the “above-and-beyond” touches that elevate a stay — including proper towel staging, toilet paper presentation, amenity placement, and final visual reset details.

    All providers carry active insurance to protect your property.

  • After understanding your property’s expectations, we build a property-specific checklist that defines what “guest-ready” looks like for your home.
